Please ensure you've checked the following:
- Bluetooth and Mobile Data are turned on and enabled on BaseUp settings
- Location services is turned on (androids only)
- You are using the Latest App version
- Your phone's clock is set to 'Automatic'
- You're within your booking time
- You are in close proximity of the boom gate and/or roller door
If you are still unable to open the boom gate/roller door, and there is an intercom on-site, please use the intercom to identify yourself to security.
If no intercom is available, please select the "Get Help" button at the bottom of the access screen and select from the options available.
Once you've been given access, please email team@baseup.com.au with details so we can diagnose the issue.
