You can cancel a booking before its start time.
Simply go to the 'Manage' tab, pick the day your booking is on, then select the booking you'd like to cancel.
To cancel, press the red 'Cancel & Refund Booking' button and follow the steps shown below. If you have a multi-day booking, you will be given a choice to select which day you wish to cancel.
Once your booking has been cancelled, you will be notified of the date in which your refund is expected.
To cancel a booking and request a refund, you must cancel the booking in the app prior to its start time.
