Before your booking date, make sure you have the following settings on your phone:
- Bluetooth and Mobile Data are turned on and enabled on BaseUp settings (head to Settings > BaseUp > Enable Bluetooth and Mobile Data)
- Location Services is turned on (Android only)
- You are using the Latest App version
- Your phone's clock is set to 'Automatic'
During your booking time, simply go to the Access Screen, located at the left tab of the navigation bar.
When you're near the boom gate or roller door, you'll see the gate's name and an 'Enter Car Park' button will appear, as shown on the first image below.
If the app says 'Searching', it's having trouble connecting to the gate - try moving closer.
If the app says “Bluetooth Not Enabled”, please enable your bluetooth. If the problem persists, please check your settings.
If you're unsure where to find the entry of your car park, press the 'Directions' button on the Access Screen.
