No, BaseUp will give you access to the car park during your booking time. If you're unsure of your arrival or departure time, we recommend booking with a 30 minutes buffer.
BaseUp bays are often used by multiple users on a given day. It is important that you only occupy your space during your booking time.
However, if you're unable to enter or exit to the car park due to an early arrival or late departure, please select "Get Help" at the bottom of the access screen and contact Building Management using the details provided.
To confirm your booking time, head to the "Manage" tab, select the day of your booking and click on "Details":
