Firstly, please double check that you've entered your work email and verification code correctly.
If you have requested the access code more than once and are receiving an "Incorrect Code" message, please verify your are inserting the latest code sent to your email.
Avoid requesting multiple codes in a short period of time. You should receive your verification code within 10 seconds of requesting it.
If the issue persists, ensure that BaseUp has been given permission to use mobile data on your phone (pictured below).
