When you make a booking, BaseUp allocates you a parking space based on your booking requirements, including vehicle type.
When making a booking, select the correct vehicle to ensure we give you a spot that fits.
To verify the size of the bay you have been assigned, head to the "Manage" tab, select the day of your booking and tap on "Details".
Your booking details, including bay size will be displayed as pictured below.
