Setting up an account

Please ensure that the correct region is selected when signing in.
Setting up a vehicle
|Go to Profile||Select My Vehicles||Add vehicle information and save||Multiple vehicles can be added|
|Head to your phone “Settings” and select “BaseUp”||Make sure both “Bluetooth” and “Mobile Data” are enabled||Select “Allow While Using App” to ensure Bluetooth access is enabled||Select “Ok” to ensure Bluetooth access is enabled on your phone|
Making a booking
|Head to the ‘Book’ tab and select your building||Select ‘Book Parking’

Please note: To cancel a booking and request a refund, you must cancel the booking in the app prior to its start time.
Accessing the car park
Stop by the barrier you wish to trigger and open the ‘Access’ tab
|The 'Enter Car Park' button will appear once you are near the gate||Once you press the blue open button, the gate will open|
Space Taken: A Driver can input the registration plate of the vehicle parked without permission. The two booked spaces will be swapped, provided both are on BaseUp.
Access Problem: This allows the driver to remotely trigger the gate.
Other Issue: Directs a call to the building management team.
Editing your profile
|Head to the ‘Profile’ tab||Edit profile||
Managing your payment methods
In your Profile, select "Payment Settings"
|To add a card, select + Add||The app will prompt you to add the card details||To delete a card, select edit, and the red x|
Bookings can only be canceled prior to their start time. To receive a refund for your parking fee, please cancel your booking on the day before.
You will automatically receive a refund when canceling your booking. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for the funds to reach you.
When trying to cancel a paid booking after the start time, you will receive the below error.
|Paid bookings can't be canceled after they have started.|
If you have an 'All Day' booking, your booking will start at midnight.

|To contact our Customer Support Team, head to your Profile||Select "Support Requests" to manage a previous request or open a new ticket||Select the new message icon, type your message, and press "send"||Our Customer Support Team will respond within business hours|
