We have found that some users experienced access issues as a recent update to Android has been automatically disabling previously set permissions.
If you have an android phone and are experiencing access issues please check your phone permissions, and ensure that the 'Nearby Devices' permission is enabled.

On the day of your booking, to verify your phone permissions, please go to the Access screen of your app. If your settings have been disabled, select 'Go to Settings'.

- Select BaseUp
- Enable 'Nearby Devices'
- Disable 'Remove permissions if app is unused'
